The NUOS heat pump is a sustainable and innovative hot water solution for the home.
NUOS uses a natural and inexhaustible source of energy, the heat of the air.
Thanks to this technology, heat is extracted from the air to heat the water, spending a minimum amount of energy, just that necessary for the circulation of air and coolant.
The water in the accumulator is heated by a thermodynamic cycle, taking advantage of the heat of the air drawn in by the thermal unit.
This process is carried out by changes of state and compression and expansion cycles to which the R134a refrigerant gas is subjected.
The heat contained in the air at a lower temperature is transferred to the water stored at a higher temperature, thus reversing the natural flow of heat.
This cycle is the reverse of that used in a refrigerator.
Thanks to NUOS technology, 75% of the heat generated is free without having to give up the usual comfort.
