Une personne m'appelle ,sympathique, me dit quelle devais voir avec le "SAV" pour voir ce qu'elle pouvait faire en geste commercial sur mon erreur
C’était vers 11H30 à 18 heures j'ai eu une bonne réponse ils m’offrent le kit de montage

j'ai commandé trois climatisations.
Sur l'une d'entre elles le haut de l’unité extérieure était enfoncé alors que le carton n'avait aucun coup. Donc problème en usine...

Avant cette clim j’en avais une autre dont ce produit correspond aux même caractéristiques. Les branchements sont très faciles. Le froid arrive très vite, le groupe est beaucoup plus silencieux que mon ancienne clim. Très satisfait de cet achat.
