The operator can set four levels of chlorine: a proportional dosage set point, two alarm points, and a minimum dosage level. The operator can adjust three pH levels: one dosing set point and two alarm set points. Two alarm levels can be configured for temperature and ORP. All alarms can be activated or deactivated. Five 0-10 mV, 0-100 mV, 0-1 V, 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA analog outputs are available to control external devices, including connection to SCADA systems. The analog output is fully programmable and can be proportional to the chlorine concentration, pH, ORP or temperature value. The limits of the analog output are selectable for each parameter. Users have the ability to enable or disable low and high level alarms for all parameters. The system also offers overdose protection that generates an alarm if something within the system is not working properly. The system will stop the processes until the error is corrected by the user. The PCA has a control time cycle that can be configured by the user according to the dimensions of the controlled system. The measurement process, dosing commands and alarms can be carried out according to this time cycle. The cycle time range is 3 to 90 minutes. The analyzers can store up to 3,500 readings (at least 7 days at 3 minute sampling intervals) that can be made available for viewing or downloading. Registered records contain the timestamp, complete information about the parameter values ​​and the alarm status at that time. These controllers are offered in an easily accessible wall enclosure that offers excellent chemical, mechanical and temperature resistance.
