Grapes from an old vineyard, with a predominance of the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties

The grapes fermented in traditional “lagares” at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.
Malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks.

Aging
60% of this wine ages in new and used French oak barrels for 12 months.
