La Val is a newcomer who, since the creation of the bodega 20 years ago, has become one of the largest owners of vineyards in the Rìas Baixas, with more than 90 hectares, as a result, it is the 'one of the most reliable sources of good quality and moderately priced Albariño.

70% of the grapes are macerated before pressing for 6 hours at a controlled temperature, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with natural yeasts, and aging on the lees also takes place in stainless steel vats.
