Viña Sastre Roble is the youngest wine from Bodegas Hermanos Sastre de La Horra (Burgos), made entirely with Tempranillo that grows in the winery's youngest vineyards, protected from the continental climate of the Ribera del Duero thanks to the vast mass of pine forests, which surrounds it

Vintage: 2021
Preparation: Artisanal cultivation, without adding mineral fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides.
Aging: 8 months in American and French oak barrels

Serving temperature: 14º-16ºC
What to accompany it, barbecues, soft meat stews.

Visual phase, this wine has an intense cherry color, with purple edges, well covered

Olfactory phase, it is very powerful and complex, with notes of wild fruits and red berries, with slightly roasted hints and a slight mineral note.

In the taste phase, it is very balanced with a sweet and well-integrated fruity attack, easy and pleasant to drink.
