Plots of 50% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca, 20% Sousão, 5% Tinta Roriz and 5% Tinta Amarela

The grapes are harvested manually, in 20 kg boxes, at their ideal maturity, with the aim that they present a vigorous maturity leading to greater aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations

After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. This wine was aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. 400 liters (2nd year)
