However, wine is a living organism which, like other organisms, is exposed to time and even if the aromas inside a bottle are subject to different evolutions. Our recommendation is to open and air the bottle beforehand as this will help to release the natural aromas of the wine after so many years of closure. Avoid decanting the wine, as this can be too aggressive for older wines.
