Wine with very good aromatic concentration. A vintage with a very expressive nose with beautiful notes of very ripe black fruits. Everything is coated by an elegant woodiness. Melted tannins, good balance, a beautiful structure, a beautiful favorite in itself...

Grape variety: Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Malbec 10%
Harvest: Manual and mechanical
Vinification: Destemming, crushing, long fermentation. Temperature control. Breeding in
barrels (third nine) for 18 months.
Temperature: 16-17 degrees
Tasting: Perfect with red meats, game and cheese
