Once the fruits have been selected, production is based on destemming the bunches and delicate crushing of the berries. Fermentation of the must was carried out in contact with the skins with daily pumping over.
The fermentation time is 9 days and the average fermentation temperature is 25ºC.
DO. Rioja, Grape variety 75% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha.
Visual phase: Very bright ruby red color.
Olfactory phase, the nose is expressive, highlighting the notes of red fruits very well combined with notes of fine wood.
Hints of spices also appear
