Grape variety: Cavernet Sauvignon appellation, we generally select brands/regions that normally do well in old wine tastings.

However, wine is a living organism which, like others, is exposed to time and even if the aromas inside a bottle are subject to different evolutions.

Our recommendation is to open and aerate the bottle first, as this will help release the natural flavors of the wine after so many years of sealing. Avoid decanting the wine, this operation can be too aggressive for old wines.
