Hemmera provides sellers with a welcoming and accessible space for the entire public, the customer has several shop windows for sellers, the selection of the product and informed by the price and its delivery method through the indication of the price list of the transport.

You can track your order at any time in the "my account" area. The customer has the delivery time for the product according to the seller's conditions and must indicate on the product sheet the shipping time and the proposed means of transport for each product. The Sales Partner must respect this deadline for each product.


Each seller will respect the images and description of the product sold and undertakes to deliver the products strictly in accordance with those ordered. The delivered product must be accompanied by instructions for use depending on the country, and the identity of the seller and telephone number must appear on the delivery note, if the customer's return is made within the legal period of 14 days.

Each delivery follow-up will be tracked in the "my account" area and automatically have an indicator of the packaging position that will be updated at each stage, the seller is responsible for the proper execution of the entire sales process (order processing, shipping and post service) -sale).

For each order placed, an email will be automatically sent to the seller, the buyer will receive a detail of the order from the date of its dispatch in the "my account" space in a real way and must be done in real time, with the announced deadline of delivery must be respected by the seller.
