White wine Castillo Perelada Pescador 11.5%
Pescado wine is an unaged white wine produced by Castillo Perelada whose designation of origin is Emporda, which has been and is a true reference among Spanish wines.
To make this wine, the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo grape varieties were used, a copy of an elegant wine, with a subtle hint of needle resulting from natural fermentation, which vinifies the must at controlled temperature and where 15% pass in Chardonnay grape barrels for two months.
Lightly colored wine with a slight yellowish tint, very pale and bright nose which gives off a slightly fruity aromatic odor and delicate vigor, the flavor is light and pleasant.
