Glass Bottle Naming: Valdepe, as a grape variety, we generally select brands/regions that generally show up well in vintage wine tastings.
However, wine is a living organism which, like others, is exposed to time, even if the aromas inside a bottle are subject to different evolutions.
Our recommendation is to open and aerate the bottle first, as this will help release the natural flavors of the wine after so many years of sealing. Avoid decanting the wine, as this could be too aggressive an operation for old wines.
