Gambozinos rosé wine harvest 2021
After the entire grape process, they ferment in traditional “lagares” at a controlled temperature of 25°C.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 14°C. Aging also takes place in stainless steel vats.
The grape varieties for this wine come from the Tabuaco region.
Storage and serving tips
We recommend that you leave your bottle of wine on site.
To serve it, we recommend serving it at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C if you want to have an exceptional experience of this wine
Winemaking
Maceration for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
Aging: The wine ages in stainless steel vats.
