Maurer barbecue-oven cleaner
- Capacity: 750 ml.
- It is an alkaline detergent indicated for the thorough cleaning of ovens, grills, plates, fryers and equipment for cooking food. Quickly disintegrates and emulsifies any residue of grease and charred food, even consistent and tough. It leaves the equipment and utensils in a state of maximum functionality and health, indeed, the cooking residues not eliminated are a vehicle for the proliferation of bacteria that cause bad odors and infections, in addition, molds and spores can form that can seriously contaminate food, cooked successively with said utensils, altering their quality. How to use:
- Spray the preparation at a distance of 10 to 20 cm, once the temperature is below 50 ° c. Wait 5/10 minutes. Afterwards, remove most of the detached dirt with the help of a sponge, cloth or paper, then rinse thoroughly with a dilute solution of vinegar to neutralize excess alkalinity (half a glass in a liter). To clean removable parts, the same procedure can be carried out, or in case of very consistent and tenacious dirt, it is advisable to immerse the part to be cleaned in a 30-50% solution for barbecues and ovens, set to 50/60 ° c , soak for the necessary time and then rinse in running water. Do not use pure on aluminum parts or their alloys.
