Manual dishwashing detergent with sanitizing properties suitable for HACCP systems.
Properties
Detergent specially developed for deep washing of dishes, with high performance and which, due to its properties, can be used in general. Its formulation based on a balanced mix of surfactants with good detergent and degreasing power has good results in eliminating dirt and grease stuck to dishes and cutlery. In its composition it has actives that allow a good cleaning and hygiene action of the dishes. It has no added perfume and can be used in the food sector.

Application and modes of use
Remove food residues from dishes. Fill the tub with water and add 2 ml for each liter of water. Submerge the dishes for 5 minutes. Rub the parts and rinse thoroughly with water. Allow to air dry.

• Anionic surfactants: from 5 to 15%;
• Non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants: < 5%

Conservation and storage
Keep the product in its original packaging, tightly closed, in a cool place and protected from sunlight.
