This wine is a Verdejo grape variety (100%) from old vines planted between 700 and 800 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Segovia in the villages of Moraleja, Aldeanueva, Codorniz and Santiuste

Regarding development, after harvesting by hand, cold maceration then fermentation at low temperature (12°C) is carried out.
Finally, the wine rests with its lees, to achieve its characteristic sweetness on the palate.
